On this page you will find all the information you need for projects being made in Cotton Club classes. It may be a list of fabrics and notions that you need, or a web link that will take you through to patterns, tutorials, or blogs that you have been or are going to be using in your class.

There are also a few suggestions of where to go to buy your fabrics either on line or locally; these have all been tried and tested by fellow Cotton Clubbers.

Set of 3 cushion covers

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • x3 cushion inners/pads

  • Zip the length of your cushion

  • x3 or 5 matching buttons

  • upholstery weight fabric the height & width of you cushion inner PLUS 30cm. (For x3 40x40cm cushion covers, 1.5m is plenty. If your fabric width is 150cm, then 1m is fine.)

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 11” x 21” piece Jiffy Grip/No-Slip Fabric 

  • 70cm Main Fabric (Back and Main Base Piece, Accent on Trash Bin) 

  • 50cm Accent Fabric 1 (Pocket Front, Ties, Trash Bin Lining)

  • 50cm Accent Fabric 2 (Pocket Accent & Trash Bin) 

  • 1m of cord/ribbon

  • 70cm Fusible Fleece or felt or cheap Ikea fleece blanket (I used a £1.75 blanket) 

  • 4” Piece of Velcro

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • 3-3.5m dress fabric

  • 4-5m bias binding

  • 10mm button

  • 2 14″x16″ rectangles of main fabric

  • 2 2″x27″ strips of main fabric

  • 1 10.5″x10.5″ square of accent fabric, cut in half on diagonal to make 2 triangles
